PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT with Little Lord is an untrained/unauthorized community-built self-help seminar. Are we back? Is this anything? Does this help?
In a return to public performance after an extended pandemic pause, PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT explores themes of self-actualization, soft skills, pop psychology, and body betrayal. Developed through residencies with The Mercury Store, LMCC, Coffey Street Studio, and Aunt Karen's Farm, PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT with Little Lord will have its first public showings January 2026 as part of the Exponential Festival at Target Margin. Additional support has been provided from Clubbed Thumb, made possible by Venturous Theater Fund of the Tides Foundation.

Exponential Festival is a month-long January festival dedicated to New York City-based artists working in experimental performance. The participants in this multi-artist, multi-venue festival are committed to ecstatic creativity in the face of commercialism. Exponential is driven by inclusiveness and a diversity of artists, forms, and ideas coupled with utopian resource-sharing, mentoring and the championing of risky, rigorous work in eclectic fields. Led by Nic Adams, Nurit Chinn, and Bailey Williams, Exponential 2026 will be our 11th year. www.theexponentialfestival.org
